Mikheil has a Master's Degree in General Management and a Degree in International Economics at Technical University of Georgia. He also has a Degree in Economic Development and International Cooperation at University of Palermo. Currently, he is working for Georgian Energy Development Fund.

MIkheil is Director of the ORBIS office in Tbilisi.
